To get there, they built a team of mature professionals who provide high touch recruitment, executive search and consulting services and offer a depth of specialist knowledge and skills unlike our competitors. Today, we have grown to a team of more than 50 specialist executive search consultants, researchers and talent engagement professionals. We are all immersed in the industries and businesses we serve. We’re passionate players with reach and depth across our functional expertise and we know that it is about doing what it takes, not just doing.
We have experienced significant growth since 2004, although as a team we place immense value on the family culture we have built over our many years of operation. We have a genuine care for one another and a shared purpose to unearth talent and shape futures.
