Our client is a market leader in the medical field, their products are sophisticated and manufactured in a range of countries offshore, and supply to a network of pharmaceutical wholesalers, company representatives and medical institutions here in Australia. With a sophisticated, almost laboratory like warehouse, you will be working for a company which invests heavily in its processes and people. There are also potential opportunities in other parts of the business, if you can prove your ability in this role.

The main function of this role is the receiving, picking, packing and assembly of their products. You will also need to stay on top of incoming shipments and organise and co-ordinate freight pick-ups. You will also be expected to supply feedback on the current processes and suggest improvements.

One of the main qualities our client is looking for is a team player who can go the extra mile. They are looking for an individual who can relate well with colleagues and customers and has a pride in their work. As they have a good level of staff service, if you have shown a strong level of commitment in your current role, it would be a bonus.

On the technical side, you must have had some relevant warehouse experience and solid IT skills. Ideally you will be TAFE or degree qualified or on your way to it in a Supply Chain or Logistics field.
