We have a candidate centric approach to our recruitment strategy and recognise the importance of long-lasting partnerships between our candidates and our specialist consultants.

Our dedicated Candidate Care Manager, Kylie Groombridge, is responsible for developing, driving, measuring and improving our standards of care. Kylie is focused on ensuring our candidates experience exceptional service on an ongoing basis.

We have a number of initiatives as part of the candidate care programme. These include:

  • Follow up conversations with candidates placed in permanent roles one week after commencement, two months, six months, and twelve months to gauge their progress
  • Frequent conversations with our contractor pool to ensure we are aware of their availability and progress in current assignments
  • As discipline leaders, our specialist knowledge of the market adds value to our passive candidates too. We retain regular contact with them to provide career advice and market information when requested
  • Consultation on career management, resume guidance, and interview preparation
  • Detailed Privacy policy to ensure your personal information is collected and used in accordance with privacy law and our own ethics of confidentially

Our Candidate Care Program is closely aligned to our Quality Management Program, and performance is measured through monthly internal audits. To honour our commitment to an exceptional standard of care, we have developed a
Candidate Service Charter and are in the midst of developing a candidate feedback survey, for implementation in early 2012.

We were voted by candidates as the "Best Executive Recruitment Company in Australia" at the SEEK SARA awards in 2007, 2008, and 2009. Winning this award for three consecutive years elevated us to "Seek Legend" status in 2010 and 2011.
