We have grown to be a specialist recruitment consultancy, focused on being industry experts across Sales, Marketing, Retail, Supply Chain & Procurement and Engineering & Operations in both Melbourne and Sydney.

Six Degrees was formed in 2004 after recognising there was a gap in the Australian recruitment industry, which was made up of two types of recruitment firms:

(1) Large generalist firms with strong infrastructure, but often criticised for their volume approach and lack of service; and

(2) Small boutique recruitment firms, effective at service and quality levels, but lacking investment in infrastructure, systems and overall candidate sourcing ability.

Our aim was to emulate the strengths of both types of recruitment firms by offering our clients and candidates “The best of both worlds”. 

Since 2004 we invested in great systems and processes and continue to provide our clients and candidates with quality and service-driven outcomes.

 

 

What we look like today

 

We have grown quickly and have offices in Sydney and Melbourne. Our vibrant team provides some of Australia’s largest businesses with quality talent.

 

Our strategy is to remain a specialist and continually reinvest in our infrastructure and people, positioning us at the forefront of the industry.

 

We are considered one of the best recruitment firms in the business and have won multiple national awards for excellence.
