Quality Assurance for our Clients

 

Our Quality Management Program provides a common set of principles and processes when delivering recruitment assignments for our clients. It guides our interactions and ensures there is consistency for all clients when dealing with a Six Degrees consultant.

Our quality processes include:

  • Quality of interviewing being performed by Six Degrees consultants, including understanding and applying behavioural based frameworks
  • Quality of content of candidate’s reports and reference checks
  • Quality of shortlists, to ensure all candidates submitted are appropriate for the position being discussed
  • Quality of briefing given to a candidate prior to attending an interview, to ensure candidates have a thorough understanding of the role and of the business
  • Post-placement follow up to ensure quality of the placements made, and also performed as part of the Candidate Care Program
