Quality Management Program  

Quality is one of our core values, and represents the way we service our clients, how we treat our candidates, and in the processes we employ to deliver the best results in every recruitment assignment.

At Six Degrees we have created an inherent culture of quality, and all consultants follow a set of quality driven, standardised processes which ensures the daily interactions they have with clients and candidates consistently meet the high standard we set.

 

To ensure quality is maintained we have implemented a Quality Management Program.

Our Quality Management Program is managed by our Candidate Care Manager Kylie Groombridge.  This program consists of monthly assessments of every consultant’s work to ensure it meets the high standards at Six Degrees and is consistent across our organisation. This random series of audits review every component of a full recruitment process as well as candidate and client care. Consultants are rated against a predetermined scorecard and at the end of the audit the consultant receives a quality rank.  The expectation is that all consultants will consistently achieve over 90%.
