Graduate Careers at Six Degrees
Our 12-month NextGen graduate program is designed to immerse grads in a hands-on mix of on-the-job shadowing, classroom learning, coaching and mentoring where you will interact directly with people from across the business including our senior leaders and Managing Directors. The program enables grads to develop core recruiting skills, uncover new interests, and create a personalised pathway into an exciting and fulfilling career.
NextGen is all about exposure. Graduates are offered rotations across different business units, providing valuable experience and a taste of multiple disciplines, industries, clients, assignments and management styles.

We are looking for graduate program candidates with the ambition to succeed, energy to grow, drive to learn and a determination to challenge traditional thinking.
Ideally, you will be tertiary qualified, have practical industry experience in an aligned discipline, strong interpersonal and communication skills complemented by your life experiences, such as sporting, travel, or volunteer work.

Ideally, we seek graduates with life experience such as travel, entrepreneurial ventures, community giving or involvement in extracurricular activities. Since a mature approach is essential when dealing with people’s livelihoods and careers, we prefer candidates who bring a more rounded outlook through their life experience.
