SALES TRANSFORMATION AND PIPELINING PROGRAM
Cleanaway (a top 100 ASX listed business) embarked on a business transformation program aimed at driving efficiencies and building organisational capability. As a specialist in sales recruitment and talent management solutions, Six Degrees were asked to partner with Cleanaway to support the transformation of the Sales Division.
The key focus was on building an engaged talent bench of high performing sales professionals across Australia, that were ready to be injected into the business when opportunities arose.
We designed a bespoke solution for Cleanaway that consisted of key elements.
These included an in-depth, targeted talent mapping program across NSW, QLD and Vic aimed at identifying industry best practice Business Development Managers and Key Account Managers aligned to specific key criteria.
We developed an engagement solution to build a qualified talent bench that saw all selected talent pre-screened, qualified, interviewed and psychometric tested in line with a defined core competency model.
An ongoing talent pool across each state and role type was presented monthly that would enable the seamless transition of talent from the bench, into the organisation.
