Victoria (Vic) Castello joined the Six Degrees team in March 2023 as Talent Engagement Specialist in Melbourne. Victoria's focus lies in supporting talent within the Marketing space, specifically in FMCG and Consumer Goods industries.

Before stepping into the world of talent engagement, Victoria made a meaningful impact as a Behavioural Therapist, working with kids and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental challenges. Her dedication to making a difference in people's lives has been a driving force throughout her career.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Victoria embraces a diverse range of interests. She finds joy in boxing, exploring her culinary skills through cooking, and satisfying her wanderlust with travel adventures. When relaxation calls, she indulges in watching entertaining "trash TV" for some light-hearted amusement.

Victoria's mission is to have a lasting, positive impact on everyone she encounters. She believes in the resilience of the human spirit, as exemplified by her favourite quote from Rocky Balboa: "It ain't about how hard you hit, it's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward."
