About the role
Reporting to the Founder, this role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of both local retailers including Chemist Warehouse, as well as their international (Sephora) & online market. This hybrid role will see you take the lead on customer planning for existing customers, whilst also driving new business opportunities in market they have previously not explored! You will lead negotiations on promotions, ranging and NPD initiatives, whilst also managing stock and financials including forecasting and reporting.
Skills & experience
Success in this role will come from Account Management experience ideally from within the beauty / personal care industry, with exposure to both local and international markets. You will have exceptional commercial acumen, be a self-starter and be the one to take initiatives, and you will thrive on working in an entrepreneurial and fast paced environment. This role would suit someone who is looking to fast track their career with a brand that is poised for significant growth!
