Their product portfolio consists of a range of ingredients and additives sourced both locally and from around the world, and they pride themselves on their strong retail, foodservice and supplier relationships.
About the role
Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales Executive will be responsible for managing a range of customers across Vic, SA and WA which will include roasters, distributors and retailers. By using consultative selling techniques, you will be both driving new business and building on existing business where you will offer a solution to your customers to ensure their needs are met. You will play an active role developing robust business plans to qualify prospective opportunities, and also be critical to the growth internally & externally of the coffee bean category.
Skills & experience
Success in this role will come from experience as either a Sales Executive, Business Development Manager or Account Manager from within the FMCG industry, ideally within coffee! Or, you could be a sales guru with a genuine passion, interest and knowledge of the coffee industry / category, maybe you were a Barista in a past life! You will be a natural people person and have a consultative approach to sales, accompanied with strong financial acumen.
