About the role
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this role will hold customer management responsibility within the Pharmacy channel, which includes Chemist Warehouse. You will manage all sales and marketing activities which includes range reviews, attend & run tradeshows / customer training and manage stock allocations as well as trade spend. Working closely with the marketing & category team, this role will also be responsible for the execution of brand and insights initiatives.
In addition to the above, this role will also be managing the sales and marketing activities for the Australian Cross Border (China CBEC). This then results in a need for experience and understanding of Chinese e-commerce platforms and Chinese social media such as Wechat and Weibo.
Skills & experience
Success in this role will come from demonstrated experience in either a Key Account Manager / National Account Executive role within the pharmacy or grocery channel. Ideally degree qualified, you will be self-motivated and entrepreneurial in your approach to your role and thrive on working in a fast-paced environment. This role will suit someone who loves working in a fun, team orientated environment, who presents with strong commercial and financial acumen.
**This role requires someone who is bilingual in English and Mandarin with excellent written and verbal communication skills.**
