About the role
Reporting to the Acquisition Marketing Manager, this newly created critical role will be responsible for the ongoing development, execution and optimisation of a key component of the customer lifecycle. In particular, this position will focus on engaging specific customer groups at different points of the purchase cycle to further improve engagement to ultimately deliver lead conversion. You will utilise your deep experience in data led customer insights to develop 1:1 personalised strategies to drive lead acquisition through savvy, thought-provoking event delivery - be that large scale national expos, sponsored events, bespoke round table opportunities with senior leaders or tailored webinars. As a strong technical marketer, you will have a depth of experience across sophisticated customer segmentation, understanding how to overcome customer pain points through content, and ultimately directly drive sales outcomes. In this role, success is measured in MQLs and revenue converted. You have outstanding stakeholder management skills, and although you will be working with the broader marketing team to deliver engaging campaigns, you will have a proven track record of working autonomously in ambiguous environments.
You are a degree qualified, digitally savvy marketer with experience across the services / tech landscape. You understand Salesforce back to front (you live and breathe for journeys and dashboards!), are passionate about all things data related, and have strong digital and direct marketing experience. You are a hybrid between being an expert in sound communications, creative campaign development and uncovering customer insights through data. You are driven and charismatic, highly commercial, and looking for an exciting and fast paced environment to showcase your ability. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, are self driven and are a natural born leader and mentor.
