About the role
This role will be responsible for building and executing the business strategy for the acquisition of new customers through developing end to end marketing programs from strategy development and opportunity identification to agency briefing, through to campaign deployment, optimisation, and detailed reporting. You will monitor, review and take ownership for the optimisation of every online and offline acquisition channel, including search, display, telesales and field sales. In addition to this, you will work in partnership with the creative agency to develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-­facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets. This role will also manage operational components of the program, including third party lead source providers and the telesales agency.

About You
You are a degree qualified, generalist marketer with experience in digital performance marketing as well as traditional advertising. You have a proven track record in assessing channel and campaign performance, and identifying potential new opportunities to pursue. With experience collaborating with agencies and external parties, you know how to get the best out of your partnerships and enjoy being challenged in your thinking. You are at ease building dashboards, taking a deep dive into the data, but then rolling it into something genuinely meaningful for the business. Working in a data-driven environment, your analytical and modelling skills will help evaluate campaign performance and develop business cases to support new opportunities. You will thrive in a fast-paced, target led environments and love being part of a high performing team.
