About the role

They are looking for a talent with strong business acumen to join their business as an Affiliate and partnership manager in Sydney office. This is a newly created role, and you will be reporting to the Head of Growth. Your responsibility is to support the growth of the company's affiliate program both new and existing partners to ensure the optimisation of their relationships benefit both parties.


  • Build and maintain customer relationship to understand their needs
  • Provide excellent customer service to maintain existing affiliates and acquire new affiliates
  • Manage business negotiations with customers including commission structure, innovating exposures etc
  • Proactively bring new or fresh ideas or initiatives to improve processes or affiliation programs within ANZ affiliate industry both Online and Offline
  • Execute affiliate marketing activity including email campaigns, newsletter, blog or anything that can increase revenue targets
  • Accountable for handling business deal and monitoring
  • Provide training to maximise affiliates success rate using the company's resources
  • Support marketing team and provide data reporting, promotion campaign and payments
  • Working closely across the business with local and global teams collaboratively on how to improve marketing efforts


  • Tertiary degree in marketing, Business management or Finance
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as an affiliate manager, consumer facing or similar role in Australia/ New Zealand
  • Platform proficient, with strong IT skills, including Excel, Powerpoint, Google platforms
  • Proven track of record in successful affiliation programs or numbers
  • Extensive knowledge of Affiliate landscape and tracking platforms
  • Experience in large scale budget management and strong with numbers
  • Not afraid to challenge the status quo or always curious to improvements
  • Strong data analytical skills and attention to details
  • Excellent project management skill and ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Ability to work under pressure and fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
