About the role
As the APAC Integrated Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with the Sales team to develop the end-to-end marketing and communications plans to drive engagement, utilisation and loyalty. You will ensure seamless cross-channel integration is delivered - be that across digital and traditional, direct and the internal sales teams, events and face to face engagements. You will lead the creation of the integrated marketing plan and strategies for defined verticals, including audience segmentation, marketing tactics, demand waterfall and media mix recommendations. This role strategically works across the entire sales journey, delivering contact-specific marketing where sales and marketing collaborate on an account's needs - including digital and face-to-face interactions (e.g. events, webinars, demos, content etc). Leveraging global best practice frameworks, the candidate will ensure campaigns are personalised and relevant, utilising data and insights to implement, measure and optimise campaigns across the funnel more effectively. Working in conjunction with the sales team, they will have a close handle on upcoming opportunities to grow the value and therefore devise activity to further strengthen the business' position.
You are a degree qualified, digitally savvy senior marketer with 7+ years experience across the B2B landscape, ideally with experience across telecommunications / IT. You have a proven track record working with large, complex accounts, and effectively partnering with Sales to deliver common goals to complex clients (including Government). With deep experience in delivering integrated strategic plans and launching go-to-market strategies, you have multi-channel experience and love utilising customer insights to drive strategic outcomes. You will have the proven ability to blend data-driven marketing with creative flair to deliver a memorable customer experience, always with an ROI front of mind. The candidate will have a proven track record as a strategic, commercial operator, and have an innate ability to truly understand the pain points from an overarching account perspective. You are driven and charismatic, autonomous, highly commercial, and looking for an exciting and fast paced environment to showcase your ability. Eloqua experience is advantageous.
