My client is an Australian distributor of premium Audio and Video products. Exclusively representing an impressive portfolio of brands, you can find these product throughout various luxury retailers across Australia where they boast excellence, quality and high end technology. They are locally based in Melbourne and as a business have flourished through COVID, and there is now an opportunity for a passionate sales professional to make an impact.
About the role
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for managing key customer relationships with resellers and retailers in Victoria, where you will manage all orders, customer planning, forecasting and general reporting. A key component of this role is product training and driving brand awareness, therefore a passion for the industry is an absolute non-negotiable.
Skills & experience
Success in this role could come from a couple of things - you could be currently working in a retail environment in the AV industry looking for a new sales opportunity! Or you could be working in a Territory Management / Account Management role representing Av products or luxury high end products looking for a change. What is so important is a high level of commercial and financial acumen, exceptional presentation skills and an ability to take initiative.
