About the role
Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, this is a hybrid role of customer management within (Woolworths, Coles, Independent Grocery) and leadership, where you will effectively lead, manage and motivate a region of merchandisers to enhance the presence of the company's range of products. This will involve superior execution of account activity, marketing programs and field including sell in of off location displays and new product ranging.
Skills & experience
Success in this role will come from demonstrated experience from within the FMCG industry as a sales representative / territory manager, or you will be highly experienced from within retail. Ideally degree qualified, you will possess strong leadership qualities and a natural ability to build rapport quickly.
