An opportunity has become available to join the team as an Assistant Brand Manager, in a newly created role, to help drive this exciting new chapter for the business.
About the role
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Assistant Brand Manager will be responsible for a wide range of marketing activities including managing key strategic projects, launching new and exciting products to market as well as developing collateral and point-of-sale material to enhance the customer experience across both on premise and off premise channels. In addition, you will also manage key agency relationships to help deliver new and innovative campaigns.
Stepping into a start-up style and entrepreneurial environment, it is important you can get your hands-dirty and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and dynamic role where no two days are the same!
- Prior experience at a Marketing Coordinator or Assistant Brand Manager level role within FMCG or Consumer Goods
- Degree qualified in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar
- Results focused with the ability to influence and negotiate with key internal and external stakeholders
- Prior experience with agency management
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and project management skills
- MOST importantly, you will be passionate, enthusiastic and driven by the opportunities that the role may present you!
This role will be well suited to a proactive candidate with a can-do attitude and hands on approach. You will have strong stakeholder, communication and time management skills and will enjoy building both internal and external relationships. You will be a creative, solution-orientated and self-motivated individual keen to make a big impact within a growing, high profile business!
