Our client is a renowned FMCG business with a portfolio of loved brands and products found throughout the grocery channel. The business is heading towards a new growth agenda, with an ambitious growth target that will be delivered through strategy and innovation pillars, with a focus on new investments and portfolios.

About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, the individual will act as a floating resource across the Marketing team whilst supporting on a suite of heritage brands. You will support the Brand Manager in managing budgets and brand plans as well as working with agencies and the broader marketing team to deliver on key business initiatives. In addition, you will assist on launching exciting products, flavours and formats to market to help the business stretch into new categories.

This role will be best suited to a high performing individual with a strong passion for learning and FMCG. The successful candidate will be inquisitive, curious and have exposure to forms of data mining and data intuition. You will have the opportunity to work on some of the businesses highest performing brands and will be part of a motivated, agile and energising team looking to drive growth.

Skills & Expertise

  • Tertiary qualification - Marketing, Commerce or similar
  • Prior experience in FMCG and junior Marketing roles
  • Prior experience in social media content and launching social content strategies
  • Exposure to forms of data mining (IRI/NIELSON/QUANTIUM) is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), relationship building skills
  • Strong desire to learn, be inquisitive and curious
