About the role

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Assistant Brand Manager will have the opportunity to work across the entire suite of brands within the personal care space for local and international markets.

This is a diverse role will see you leading collateral development and campaign management for online as well as store for the pharmacy channel as well as pure play retailers. The core of the role will be communications and campaign led, as well as owning and managing social content development and community management, however you will have the opportunity to support across the launch of new brands to market as well as NPD launches in a role that will grow and develop as you do within the business.

Skills & Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in relevant space eg. Marketing
  • Prior experience within a Marketing Assistant / Marketing Coordinator / Assistant Brand Manager level role within FMCG / Consumer Goods, ideally with experience working across multiple brands
  • Experience with online / offline brand collateral and packaging development
  • Experience developing content for social / web and managing social platforms
  • Experience supporting across campaign planning and activation
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills

You will love campaign management and communications and will be able to work comfortably across a suite of brands with different target audience and tone of voice.

You will have strong project management skills and will be comfortable working across multiple priorities, due to your well-developed time management and organisational skills.

You will have well developed stakeholder management and influence skills and will enjoy working close-knit environment where you can work collaborative but also able to take ownership of your projects and able to work independently, thanks to your proactive nature.
