They are currently seeking a passionate Assistant Brand Manager to join their team to help drive the growth of two of its premier brands through its ANZ market.

About the role

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Assistant Brand Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day marketing activities and administration of brands in Australia and New Zealand and assisting with the strategic development of product and brand initiatives.

This diverse role will see you split your time between product and project management initiatives as well as providing support to the wider marketing team. You will assist with existing and new product development (NPD) including managing project timelines with local and overseas production and packaging teams as well as manage agency relationships and the development of ATL and BTL marketing assets.

This role is perfect for a personable and enthusiastic individual who loves working in a team environment with strong attention to detail and organizational skills. If you're looking for the next step as a junior marketer or as a current ABM then this role is for you!

Skills & experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred or equivalent experience
  • Experience working as a Marketing Assistant / Coordinator or Assistant Brand Manager within FMCG or Consumer Goods
  • Experience with NPD management via stage gate
  • Understanding of the full marketing mix and campaign management including briefing agencies.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisational and planning skills
