About the role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this pivotal role will be responsible for the audience growth and engagement across the master brand and multiple sub-brands through the development and execution of innovative customer campaigns. Managing a small team, you will utilise your creative marketing experience to develop strategies and campaign plans to improve and grow audience engagement, improving the customer experience and look to continually optimise this journey.
With outstanding stakeholder management skills, you will work with internal and external partners to identify growth opportunities and deliver engaging campaigns that support the customer and deliver against commercial outcomes.
Skills and Experience
You are a degree qualified, digitally savvy marketer with experience across audience growth and engagement. You are genuinely passionate about improving the customer experience and have strong digital and direct marketing experience.
You are a hybrid between being an expert in creative campaign development and uncovering customer insights through data. You are driven and charismatic, highly commercial, and looking for an exciting and fast paced environment to showcase your ability.
