Our client are a market leading B2B services provider with two service offerings that support both SME and large organisations nationally. They have recently acquired a new business to compliment their product / service offering and as a result this is a newly created role to support the Marketing Communications Manager to roll our this new service into market.
About the role
Reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager, the Communications Coordinator will have the opportunity to work in a varied role working across both internal facing communications for the 250 staff nationally as well as externally facing B2B communications including development of marketing collateral (brochures, flyers) and communications, including both online and offline content and campaigns. The role will see you developing content for the internal and externally facing websites, managing acquisition and retention focused DM / EDM campaigns and social media management.
Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualification in relevant space eg. Marketing / Communications
- Exceptional copywriting and proofreading skills
- Experience with developing / scheduling social and web content
- Experience working with DM / EDM campaigns and working with mailhouses
- CRM management and segmentation experience
You will be an adaptable and hands on marketing generalist with a passion for copywriting. You will be comfortable managing multiple projects with strong attention to detail and organisational skills. You will be comfortably working autonomously as well as within team environment, engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.
