About the role:

Reporting to the Segment Marketing Manager, you will be focused on further refining the product suite and positioning it for sustainable growth (including market research and analytics to get a deep understanding of the customer). Your communications strategy will encourage product awareness, consideration, adoption and retention across a large portfolio. As a strong product marketer with B2B experience (ideally within tech), you will have a depth of experience across sophisticated customer segmentation, solving customer pain points, and ultimately be able to effectively seek opportunities to create a loyal customer base and then report on this. You have outstanding stakeholder management skills, and will be working with the broader marketing team to deliver engaging campaigns that support the customer.

About You:

You are a digitally savvy segment marketer with experience across product marketing (ideally with a tech background). With experience in product marketing activities to meet market needs, you have a wealth of examples in creating winning products to improve the customer experience, reduce friction and drive improved engagement. You understand the nuances of effective communication across online and offline channels, and are acutely aware of the importance of timing and channel mix. This role is highly visible and will need a best in class stakeholder manager to influence discussions and strategies at the highest levels across the business. Salesforce experience is advantageous.
