About the role
As the B2B Segment Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing the end-to-end market strategy and communications to drive engagement, acquisition and loyalty across the portfolio. Managing a team of 3, you will ensure seamless cross-channel integration is delivered- be that across owned and earned, digital and traditional, direct and the internal sales teams. You will have the proven ability to blend data-driven marketing with creative flair to deliver a memorable customer experience, always with an ROI front of mind. Of course, all the "B2B usuals" will be part of your toolkit - thought leadership, white papers, events, sponsorship partnerships …. But what other tools will you be bringing with you to shape this segment strategy?
Skills and Experience
You are a degree qualified, digitally savvy senior marketer with 7+ years experience across the B2B landscape. With deep experience in launching go-to-market plans and new products to market, you have multi-channel experience and love utilising customer insights to drive strategic outcomes. You have strong stakeholder management skills - you are at ease presenting to senior executives, as you are with engaging with an external agency, or managing a high potential team to deliver. You are driven and charismatic, highly commercial, and looking for an exciting and fast paced environment to showcase your ability. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, are self driven and are a natural born leader and mentor.
