About the role
Working with the Boutique Director you will have the privilege of leading a flagship boutique in Sydney's bustling CBD. Following a comprehensive induction program where you will be immersed in the brand's history and understand what makes a successful boutique, you will be able to inspire a team of sales associates empowering them to become brand ambassadors and customer advocates.

On a day to day level you will be responsible for sales budgets, rostering and wage costs, team training and development, CRM management, event planning and local marketing campaigns.

Skills & Experience
With a passion for luxury retail you will be able to demonstrate your achievements in delivering a successful boutique and developing a team of sales associates in a similar retail environment.

You will consider yourself to have a natural leadership style and the professional pizzazz to discover and build long term relationships with clients. Understanding the challenging nature and nuances of working with an aspirational brand you will be able to create a flawless boutique experience, meet the high standards expected from the business and achieve sales growth targets.
