Due to ongoing growth within the Australian market, there has been an expansion of their marketing team and as a result there is an opportunity to join the team as a Channel Marketing Manager.
About the role
As part of Sales & Marketing team, you will report into the Marketing Manager you will be focused on creating and implementing retail marketing strategies across key retail partners; truly defining customer segmentation and personas whilst influencing their path to purchase. You will act as the Brand champion ensuring compliance with global teams and you will be the key interface between the Brand and Sales team supporting the business in shaping the proposition and influencing how the brand comes to life in market and supporting a number of new product launches.

Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualification
- Relevant brand marketing experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods or Retail
- Exposure to trade marketing and instore activations
- Experience in supporting NPD launch plans and go-to-market campaigns
- Insight driven, strong analytics and ROI focus
- Management of external agencies and budgets
- Strong writing, communication and presentation skills
- Strong project management, organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
This role will be well suited to a proactive candidate with a can-do attitude and hands on approach. You will have strong stakeholder, project management and influence skills and will enjoy working collaboratively in a cross functional environment as well as with external suppliers. You will be comfortable to manage ambiguity as well as challenge the status quo and think outside the square, driving to deliver exceptional customer experience.
