About the Role:

The Marketing Manager role reports to the Marketing Director, leading the Brand and Communication for the ANZ business alongisde a small digital team of 3. The position leads the brand and communication strategy for Australia and New Zealand as well as developing our digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the communication and brand strategy for Australia and New Zealand
  • Develop the Digital strategy and manage the Digital team
  • Analyse the brand position and consumer insights to develop marketing activities that increase brand value and awareness. Work across the business to develop and execute annual brand campaigns to enhance the shopper journey
  • Work collaboratively with the Products team and Sales team to execute successful commercial launches
  • Lead the development and strategic direction of brand material such as POS, print ads, social media etc
  • Plan, execute and coordinate communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media
  • Manage PR agencies and develop our PR startegy
  • Create and manage promotional collateral to establish and maintaining product branding
  • develop report on brand performance
  • Coach, develop, motivate, and ensure high performance of your team

Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years marketing management experience
  • 5+ years digital marketing experience
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing strategic marketing plans
  • Experience leading marketing professionals and driving high performance teams
  • Experience developing marketing strategies and campaigns for the consumer goods industry
  • Strong analytical and numeric skills
  • Forecasting and analysis experience
  • Tertiary qualifications
