About the Role

The role will suit somebody who is at the Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager level who has skewed their career towards innovation. You're more than likely coming out of food, beverage or alcohol and love NPD. We're not just talking about the odd new label or packaging or SKU refresh. We are talking about end to end, ideation to launch.
There aren't a ton of these roles in Australia but if you have this specific experience we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop the brand plans for your portfolio
  • Lead innovation from ideation to launch
  • Own shopper marketing program
  • Retailer facing - Are you confident presenting to Buyers?

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in innovation development
  • 5+ years experience in brand management
  • Experience in the food, beverage or alcohol
  • Experience in managing commercial brand performance and understanding brand P&L
