About the role

Reporting to the CMO, your focus will be on the brand identity that both supports and aligns with brand strategy; presenting your brand vision for creative that supports FY23 plan & beyond. You'll deliver industry leading creative across all customer touch-points; POS, eCommerce, eDMs, social media, and campaign and product photography and lead a creative studio of 12 across Design & Photography.

Other key focuses

  • Embed strong process and productivity of creative team; review and advise on any skills gaps
  • Implement best in class creative methodologies; digital and mobile led.
  • Developing strong brand guidelines and governance across the business

Skills & Experience

  • Strong exposure and experience in managing brand creative for a large brand, or brand with a point of difference
  • Strong technical design skills across both print, in-store and online
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing skills and people management skills
  • Proven ability to conceptualise and bring to live a creative vision
  • Good commercial and business acumen and how creative aligns with business outcomes
