About the role
Reporting to the CEO you will have the opportunity to work closely with a mature and well recognised brand to drive category growth through innovation and creative integrated campaigns. You will manage the end to end seasonal campaigns, finding creative ways to share stories and generate content and experiences to maintain connections with their followers and partners. Social Media and digital marketing will be a key focus, along with event management and PR.

Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualification in relevant field e.g. Marketing, Commerce or Business
- Prior experience within a similar role in the FMCG space or SME organisation
- Strong experience across events, PR, social media and retailer activations
- Strong stakeholder management, relationship building and communication skills
- Exceptional project and budget management experience
You will be an analytically minded and creative strategic thinker who is passionate about innovation and all things FMCG. You will be an exceptional communicator who is able to build rapport quickly, build relationships and influence both internally and externally with stakeholder at all levels.
We are looking for an individual who wants the opportunity to challenge and push the boundaries to truly influence the direction of their category. You will be flexible and adaptable and will be comfortable getting your hands dirty, working within a lean and nimble marketing team.
