Due to growth within their business there is an opportunity to join in a newly created role.
About the Role
In this 360 Brand Manager role, you will report to the Head of Marketing and have the opportunity to take the lead on NPD projects via stage gate, partnering with local manufacturing. You will develop assets for both digital and offline campaigns for local and international markets.
It is an exciting time to join the business, as the brand is undergoing huge transformation, meaning you will have the opportunity to be invovled in projects such as NPD, innovation pipeline development as well as asset development and packaging upgrades.
Initially this will be a three month contract opportunity, with potential view for extension or permanent placement for the right candidate.
Skills + Experience
- Prior experience at Brand Manager or Assistant Brand Manager level, or similar within the FMCG / Pharmacy / Consumer goods space, ideally with an understanding of pharmacy or better for you categories
- Prior experience with managing NPD projects via stage gate
- Experience with managing agency partners
- Experience with developing and launching online and offline assets and campaigns
- An understanding of the pharmacy channel / TGA is ideal, but not essential
- Mandarin speaking experience is ideal, but not essential
- Tertiary qualification within a relevant space e.g. Commerce
