About the Role
In this role, as a global Senior Brand Manager you will own a premium, market leading brand within the better for you space. The role will be focused on driving brand awareness and penetration globally for the brand through launching strong innovation and leading effective collateral development and communications campaigns to be executed across all markets.
This is a 360 role which will see you own brand planning, manage NPD development working with local manufacturing and campaign management as well as the management of one direct report (ABM).
The role will also have a strong focus on owning and leading the digital marketing strategy (social, content, influencers and EDM) and managing the brand presence across ecommerce (both owned and third party) platforms, which will be executed via agency partners.
Skills + Experience
- Prior experience at a Brand Manager level, or similar within the FMCG / Retail / Consumer goods space,
- Strong understanding of digital strategy development, including campaign management and ecommerce with a strong knowledge of how to win across ecommerce channels and build a strong online presence
- Exceptional communication, influence and stakeholder management skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and relationships
- Tertiary qualification within a relevant space e.g. Commerce
