About the role:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager - Brand you will play a key in the ongoing development of the Aust & NZ brand strategy & campaigns across their portfolio and ensure that they are integrated across their products and deliver to their brand vision. There are a number of exciting projects in play as they plan for 2021 that you will help lead and implement both internally & externally with a strong focus on continuing to strengthen their customer engagement. You will work closely with a number of key stakeholders within the business in particular the marketing & communications teams who deliver and execute on the brand activity. You will report on all brand metrics, review campaign ROI and market intel and competitor activity as well as managing external brand and creative agencies.
You are have strong technical marketing expertise, particularly across brand strategy and management. You understand the nuances of effective brand communication across online and offline channels and a strong understanding of media and how to leverage & optimise. You are dynamic and have a fluid and have a natural collaborative style when it comes to stakeholder management. You think outside of the box, have a creative mindset and outcomes focused individual with exceptional project management and organisational skills.
