Our client is a well renowned brand in the personal care space with a suite of established and well-loved brands. Due to the ongoing development of the business and major plans to grow the brand in terms of portfolio as well as channel distribution strategy, the business is looking for a Brand Manager to join their team to take the lead on an established brand undergoing a major refresh, to help drive this new and exciting direction of the business.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the role will see you manage one direct report and take ownership of a total relaunch of a major brand in the portfolio including major product reformulation, redesign and innovation development. You will drive the overall brand strategy, both from an NPD perspective and brand awareness for the portfolio whilst ensuring all activities remain on brand.
This role will be best suited to a well-established Brand Manager with people leadership experience who is looking for a new challenge and career progression as well as someone with a strong passion for innovation and FMCG. As a part of your experience in the role, will gain great exposure to an exceptional and successful multi-international brand. Skills & Experience
Tertiary qualification in relevant space e.g. Marketing, Commerce or similar
Prior experience as Brand Manager/Product Manager within FMCG or consumer goods
Prior people leadership experience
A passion for innovation and NPD development experience via stage gate
Strong stakeholder management, influence and relationship building skills
Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
