About the Role

This Brand Manager role is a senior and highly accountable role, reporting directly into the General Manager of Consumer. You will own two brands across different categories, in a market leading portfolio within the skincare & health category. The role will be focused on driving brand awareness and penetration globally for the brand through launching strong innovation and leading effective collateral development and communications campaigns to be executed across all markets.

This is a 360 role which will see you own brand planning, financial budgets, manage NPD development working with digital teams to drive campaign management as well as the management of one direct report (ABM).

The role will also have a strong focus on owning and leading the digital marketing strategy (social, content, influencers and EDM) and managing the brand presence, which will be executed via internal & agency partners.

Skills + Experience

  • Prior experience at a Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager level, or similar within the Pharmacy channel is a MUST.
  • Proven success in brand planning, NPD development and campaign management for a multi-brand portfolio
  • Analytically minded, with the ability to present actionable consumer insights
  • Strong understanding building & executing a digital strategy
  • Exceptional communication, influence and stakeholder management skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and relationships with local & global teams
  • Tertiary qualification within a relevant space e.g Marketing
