360 role supporting the development and execution of strategy both internationally and locally, with a strong focus on China
About the Company
Our client produces products that contribute to the health and wellbeing of their consumers across the nation and internationally.
They are in a period of significant growth thanks to their commitment to delivering premium quality products and are currently seeking an experienced Brand Manager to join their team. It's an exciting time to join the business, with their plans to premiumise the brand and launch new innovation into market in the next 12 months as well as seeing the brand launch into new international markets.
About the role
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Brand Manager will work within a 360 role to support in the development and implementation of the brand strategy and brand communications leading up to the launch of a rebrand, both locally and internationally as well as develop innovation pipeline and manage NPD development.
This role will best suit a Brand Manager who enjoys having ownership on projects from ideation through to launch. You will work within a newly developed team and support across all facets of brand management.
Please note: a four day per week option is available for the right candidate
Skills & Experience
Tertiary qualification in a relevant field e.g. marketing, business
Prior experience within a 360 FMCG Brand Manager role, ideally within the health/wellness space
Prior exposure to Aztec/IRI or Nielsen data
Experience working with new product development via stage gate process
Strong project management, stakeholder management and exceptional communication skills
Experience working within international markets, particularly China, is ideal but not essential
Mandarin speaking skills are ideal but not essential
