About the company

Our client is an Asutralian owned brand with a long history within the food service space. With their premium positioioning and high quality product they have delighted their customers for decades. The business is currently undergoing a high volume of change, investing in growth and building their marketing function, which will see the team manage a complete rebrand and launch into the B2C space as well as take completely new NPD to market develop new BTL comms, POS and sales collateral to support the success.

About the role

Reporting to the Markeitng Manager, the Brand Manager will support in the repositioning / rebranding product for the brand to go live by end of year. This will see you working across all elements of the project from NPD to development of digital communications, POS, sales tool kits and collateral.

From an NPD perspective, you will identify opporutnity, build the business case, implement the product development framework and structure and drive projects across new innovation, new formats and new packaging.

This part time role offers the opportunity to work across exciting projects as well as be fully accountable for your contribution and see the direct impact you have made to the business. There is the opportunity to offer flexibilty around the breakdown of working hours to suit your needs. You will think strategically to develop targeted messaging as well as manage the execution in this highly hands on role.

Skills & Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in relevant space eg. Marketing
  • Prior experience withing the FMCG space at an ABM / BM / SBM level
  • Experience working through NPD from ideation as well as managing line extensions / flavour variants
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
  • Experience managing communications development across social, digital, POS and BTL


You will have the opportunity to work alongside strong marketers and sales people with strong tier one FMCG experience and operate within a small, agile and nimble environment. Given the size of the marketing team (two) you will be someone who is comfortable "coming in and building the plane as they fly it".

You will be a highly autonomous, strong project manager who is comfortable working across both strategy and execution. You will enjoy working with other stakeholders to work towards a common goal, have strong communication and influence skills.
