About the role:
In this globally focussed role, reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, your remit covers Social Media, PR and Content. You will be responsible for creating, developing and executing the brand strategy across Social Media channels, Digital Marketing and earned media.
You will develop and manage content and PR strategies, bringing to life campaigns that enhance customer engagement, advocacy, brand awareness and reputation. You will lead a team of 5 direct reports to deliver against the set strategies, and drive a high-performance, innovative and creative culture.
My client is looking for someone who thinks outside the square, can see the white space, shake things up and set up the new agenda, doing things differently whilst still following strategic pillars and delivering strong ROI and commercial outcomes.
Skills and experience:
- Brand strategy and planning
- Social Media & PR strategy and planning
- Innovative Content Strategy and Production
- Understand how online can drive consumer behaivour
- People leadership and strong stakeholder engagement
- Commercially minded with experience presenting to Exec teams
