Due to ongoing growth within the Australian market, there has been an expansion of their marketing team as the brand continues to grow into new channels and continue to grow their product portfolio. Currently, there is an opportunity to join their team in an intial 12 month contract role as a Brand Specialist, with potential view to permanent.
About the role
Reporting to the Shopper Marketing Manager, the Brand Specialist will drive the instore customer experience across a number of specialist retail channels.
You will work proactively with internal and external partners and retailers to developing and implementing innovative, exciting and creative instore concepts, POS and activations that push the boundaries.
You will project manage execution and manage communications with stakeholders including brand, product, design teams as well as retail partners. You will also be responsible for budget management and post implementation reporting.
Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualification in relevant space e.g. Marketing
- Prior experience either agency or client side in a similar role, with exposure to retail marketing, POS and instore activations
- Experience partnering with and managing agency partners
- Strong project management, organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and conflicting deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
This role will be well suited to a proactive candidate with a can-do attitude and hands on approach. You will have strong stakeholder, project management and influence skills and will enjoy working collaboratively in a cross functional environment as well as with external suppliers. You will be comfortable to manage ambiguity as well as challenge the status quo and think outside the square, driving to deliver exceptional customer experience.
