Reporting to the Country Manager, this business-critical role will be responsible for managing the Woolworths accounts across all categories - $20mill portfolio. You will be tasked with driving the aggressive growth agenda for the channel involving all business & customer planning, including the development of pricing structures and promotions, as well as collaborating with the international category & marketing teams on all category, NPD and marketing campaigns and delivery. As the business continues to cement it's Australian footprint, it's likely you will pivot your channel strategy to best align on profitable growth strategies.
The candidate profile
To be successful in this role, you must have National Account Management experience managing Woolworths working within a large multinational FMCG business, specifically in food and/or beverages. Exposure working in a small-to-medium business also would also be an advantage, but not a deal breaker. Degree qualified, you will come with best in class training and experience in category management, shopper insights and commercial business planning, accompanied with a high level of financial acumen and proven track record in driving change and growth.
