About the role

Reporting into the National Sales Manager your main responsibilities are to develop new business relationships whilst maintaining customer acquisition and grow the current account portfolio. By created tailored and appropriate solutions for your customers.


  • Grow and maintain your customer portfolio
  • Seek out new business, always ensuring there is a healthy pipeline
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers
  • Managing key customer relationships with large and medium sized transport fleets
  • Establish and develop profitable long-term relationships with customers
  • Offer technical advice and bring new solutions to market
  • Coordinate sales and supply management with all departments

  • Skills & Experience
  • Results driven
  • Experience and understanding of original equipment within logistics and transport industry is a must
  • Strong commercial & numeric acumen
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience in disciplined B2B solution sales
  • Calm under pressure, resilient
  • Customer focus
  • Proven success in bringing in new business as well as growing existing accounts
  • Experience and success with value selling and cross selling
  • Experience and exposure to influencing end user customers up to C-suite level to drive commercial outcomes
