Their business has flourished through COVID and as a result, they are now seeking to appoint a Business Development Manager in WA.
About the role
Reporting to the State Sales Manager, this role will be responsible for driving new business within the residential market, targeting Tier 1, 2 and 3 building companies within WA (predominantly metro based). You will be tasked with developing appealing customer propositions including providing product training and driving promotional activity, whilst also collaborating with the wider account management team on new business objectives. You will also be managing your reporting, forecasting and competitor analysis.
Skills & experience
Success in this role will come from demonstrated experience within a new business role ideally within the building and / or construction industry - paint advantageous. Ideally degree qualified, you will possess exceptional commercial & financial acumen, be a self-starter and thrive on winning new business. Critical to this role is an ability to immerse yourself in a wider team accompanied with enthusiasm and drive to succeed,
