About the Role

The position calls for an organised and motivated professional who will own the responsibility for the growth of the Commercial Division products, particularly the carpet tile program. The role will be focused on operating in a business-to-business sales environment dealing with Architects, Government, End Users, Builders, Retailers and Tradespeople.

In addition to the Carpet Tiles, the appropriate focus needs to be applied to fibre bonded carpet and acoustics to meet respective budgets.

Skills & Experience

You will be a dynamic individual who has a passion for sales.

  • Experience dealing in the specifier market - Designers, Architects and Project Managers
  • Self-motivated, driven and proactive with a new business focus
  • Ideally have experience selling into the same market
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with all stakeholders.
  • Team focused while able to work autonomously.
  • Strong technology skills to use of various software (e.g. SAP, CRM etc.)


  • Development of new accounts
  • To build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • The maintenance of existing key accounts
  • Develop and maintain a relevant database of 'Specifiers'
  • Attend sales conferences and trade events as required
  • Provide clear and concise written reports
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the company and divisions marketing activity
  • Undertake Market Research
