Our client is a growing ecommerce business that are going from strength to strength, they are in an exciting period of growth and expansion. The team are passionate, dynamic and excited by the new opportunities that the launch of this product will bring to drive growth in our current and post COVID world and beyond.
About the role
Due to this growth, the business is looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join their team to target the café /hospitality sector to build partnerships arrangements. The roles key focus will be a winning the new business, then account management to grown, retain and expand on the current accounts.
The role will see you leverage your sales and new business experiences. The ideal background will come from either Territory Managers / New Business Managers with the Impulse, HORECA channels.
Skills + Experience
A track record within a sales or business development focused role within either Impulse/HORECA channels
If you have previously worked within the café channel, would be a great advantage to understand the industry and opportunities.
Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship building skills with the ability to influence at all levels
Strong communication and presentation skills
Self starter, proactive approach with a growth mindset
You will be a results driven individual with a passion for success who loves the thrill of the chase. You will pride yourself on your exceptional communication, relationship building and negotiation skills.
