- 5 + years' sales experience in a professional business
- Proven track record of achievement
- Professional manner, strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Sound understanding of sales and negotiation processes
- Sound knowledge of industry
- Strong commercial understanding and judgement, good business acumen
- Product knowledge of key solutions, Fintech and IT preferred
