About the role
Reporting to the Sales Director, this business-critical role will be responsible for managing the Bunnings account. You will be instrumental in the development and execution of customer business plans, including strategy development, promotional development/execution, pricing / trade spend management, forecasting and joint business planning. You will plan, prepare and attend company trade shows and be instrumental in the introduction of new product initiatives and distribution.
Skills & experience
Success in this role will come from demonstrated experience as either an Account Manager of Category Manager (Buyer) from within the FMCG, consumer goods or hardware industry, Bunnings experience advantageous. Ideally degree qualified, you will possess a high level of commercial and financial acumen and have a quality and value add focus towards your role. With an holistic mindset, you will be a passionate and motivated professional with a genuine interest in the category & channel. Experience owning and managing a P&L is also required.
