About the role
Reporting to the Digital Operations Leader, this role will be responsible for the ongoing development, execution and optimisation of the customer lifecycle strategy to drive increased sales and retention. You will have channel ownership and accountability, and act as the custodian of multiple channel and sales plans. This highly visible, cross functional role will see you engage with numerous stakeholders across the business including UX and Build teams (how can we further optimise the onsite experience?), Marketing (what insights can we provide on campaign execution to iterate for the next one?) and Product (how do we identify the right audience and channel to deliver the right product to?). You will utilise your deep experience in customer insights to develop strategies to improve the customer experience and look to continually optimise this journey (be that via email, SMS or landing page communications).
You are a degree qualified, digitally savvy marketer with experience across the services landscape. You have deep experience in the planning and coordination of campaigns to drive increased online and cross channel sales growth and self service interactions in line with the digital roadmap and strategy. You are a hybrid between being an expert in sound communications, creative campaign development and uncovering customer insights through data. You will be responsible for sales forecasting, and have the ability to act with both a long term view as well as a nimble, tactical approach to manage unplanned market activity. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, are self driven and are an effective in managing numerous stakeholders.
