About the role

As the Campaign Manager, reporting to the GM of Fundraising, you will have end to end responsibility for the organisation's flagship campaign, it's fundraising targets, and the campaign team. You will join a dynamic organisation, using your creativity to drive a well-recognised national campaign that has experienced YOY growth since inception. You will develop and manage high-level corporate partners and agency relationships across a diverse range of sectors. You will be responsible for hitting the campaign targets, managing the budget, and reviewing and amending the overall strategy.


  • Develop and manage campaign marketing strategies, with a strong focus on digital
  • Lead business development initiatives to secure new corporate partners
  • Leverage existing relationships with sponsors and partners to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Complete financial management including setting budgets and hitting targets
  • Lead the team to deliver individual targets, communications strategies, and assist in the management of volunteers
  • Use your digital background to take the campaign to new heights
  • Support the team in event management and promotional activities

Skills & Experience

  • Degree qualified in marketing, communications or similar
  • Demonstrated integrated campaign management experience, with international campaign development a plus
  • Proven track record of fundraising experience and increase of revenue growth
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, be hands on and work in a busy team
  • High energy to contribute to a positive work environment
  • Event activation experience and strong stakeholder management
  • Have a 'can do' attitude and great commercial acumen
